THE PEOPLE BEHIND OUR WORK

MAMA HOPE’s team brings together experience in organizational development, strategy, finance, fundraising, communications, monitoring and learning, partnerships and advocacy. Together, we are responsible for keeping MAMA HOPE’s mission and long-term vision at the centre of how the organization grows, learns and makes decisions.

Our team also designed and built the curriculum at the heart of our programs and continues to implement it directly with locally-led organizations. 

Each team member brings their professional expertise into different areas of the curriculum, working alongside partners as they strengthen and apply new strategies, systems and practices within their organizations.

Because we remain closely involved in delivery, the curriculum continues to evolve. What we learn from each module, each cohort and from partners themselves informs what comes next, allowing us to adapt the content, respond to emerging needs and continually strengthen the learning experience for future partners.

Our relationships also continue beyond the program. Through The Collective, our alumni network, we create opportunities for continued learning, connection and exchange while staying connected to how organizations are applying and adapting what they learned.

This means the expertise behind MAMA HOPE is also the expertise our partners have direct access to; and the learning from our partners continues to shape MAMA HOPE in return.
